The last day of school is fast approaching, for that reason we wanted to make everyone aware of the amazing opportunities we have planned for the summer.
Promotions
With the end of the school year come the inevitable farewells to friends and teachers. For some of our students, the end of this school year is a milestone in their educations.
Kindergarten Graduation: May 19, 9 a.m.
Preschool Graduation: May 19, 1 p.m.
8th Grade Graduation: May 19, 6 p.m.
The last day of school is May 20, 2016; this is a half day and there will be no after-school care available.
Summer Hours
During the summer break our campus and office hours are shorter. The office will be open from May 23 through July 15, 2016. We will be closed for holiday observance on May 30 for Memorial Day and July 4 for Independence Day.
Summer Office Hours:
Monday – Friday
9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Note: While the office will be open during the week of July 18 – 22, the hours will be flexible since teachers will be returning for the 2016-2017 school year during that week.
Summer Camp
From May 23 through July 15, Heritage is offering an engaging summer solution. Our DES eligible summer camp includes games, daily instruction, sports, drama and music, arts and crafts, swimming, field trips, and academic enrichment to keep young minds from falling victim to the summer brain drain of long school breaks. The program costs $160 per week, which includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks (discounts are available). Early registration, and early bird pricing, is available in the front office, at the Color Run, and during our May 14 Early Registration event, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
